9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall OnPlan Real Estate be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
