أبوظبي - مباشر: كشفت شركة ريبورتاج للعقارات عن تفاؤلها بالتزامن مع العد التنازلي لـ "إكسبو 2020" ، وذلك على هامش الإعلان عن تطورات الأعمال الإنشائية لها في 6 مشاريع تباشر تنفيذها في أبوظبي ودبي.

وأكد ناصر الخميس، الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة أن السوق العقاري بالإمارات يشهد حالة من التفاؤل مع بدء العد التنازلي لاستضافة "إكسبو 2020" بدبي، وفقاً لبيان صحفي.

وأوضح أن ذلك التفاؤل يأتي من توالي اتخاذ العديد من الإجراءات والقوانين المنظمة والمحفزة للقطاع العقاري في الدولة.

وأشار إلى أن معرض "إكسبو 2020 دبي" ساهم في دفع موجة الطلب على قطاع دبي العقاري، لافتاً إلى أن شركات التطوير العقاري تواصل تفاؤلها بشأن مستقبل قطاع العقارات في المنطقة.

وأكد أن قطاع العقارات في دبي سيشهد طفرة مع اقتراب المعرض.

وتابع: "تشير توقعات أسعار العقارات في الإمارات 2019 إلى الإيجابية والانتعاش وزيادة الحركة الاقتصادية لمختلف أنواع العقارات سواء السكنية أو الفندقية أو الإدارية بدخول الملايين من المستثمرين والمشترين العقاريين".

وخلال شهر أبريل/نيسان من العام الجاري، كشفت دراسة صادرة عن إرنست ويونج، المتخصصة في الاستشارات المالية أنه من المتوقع أن يساهم معرض إكسبو 2020 دبي بإجمالي قيمة مضافة تبلغ 122.6 مليار درهم (33.4 مليار دولار) في اقتصاد دولة الإمارات ما بين عامي 2013 و2031.

ومعرض إكسبو الدولي أحد أكبر الفعاليات الدولية، ويُقام كل 5 أعوام، ويستمر لمدة 6 أشهر، ويشارك فيه هيئات حكومية، ومؤسسات، وشركات دولية للترويج لإنجازاتها، ومنتجاتها، وأفكارها، وابتكاراتها، وسمعتها.

وسيُقام معرض إكسبو 2020 في دبي على مدى 6 أشهر خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 20 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2020 إلى 10 أبريل/نيسان 2021.

أبوظبي - مباشر: كشفت شركة ريبورتاج للعقارات مؤخرا عن تطورات الأعمال الإنشائية لها في 6 مشاريع تباشر تنفيذها في أبوظبي ودبي.

وبين ناصر الخميس، الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة أن المشاريع الستة توفر أكثر من 2300 وحدة سكنية جديدة خلال الثلاث سنوات المقبلة، وفقا لبيان صحفي.

وأشار إلى أن من تلك الوحدات نحو ألفي وحدة ضمن 5 مشروعات بأبوظبي، وذلك بمناطق استثمارية رائدة مثل مدينة مصدر وشاطئ الراحة وجزيرة المارية.

وإلى ذلك أوضح الخميس أن الأعمال الإنشائية في مشروع "الواحة رزيدنس 1"، في مدينة مصدر تشهد تقدما ملحوظا، بنسبة إنجاز تصل إلى 30بالمائة.

وأشار إلى أن المشروع يوفر 612 شقة. ويمتد على مساحة 8371 مترا مربعا، حيث يتوقع تسليمه خلال الربع الثاني من العام 2021.

وأضاف أن الشركة بدأت كذلك في تنفيذ مشروع "الواحة رزيدنس 2" في مدينة مصدر بأبوظبي، والذي يوفر نحو 304 وحدات سكنية، تمهيدا لتسليمه خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2022.

وأشار إلى بدء الإنشاءات بمشروع "ذا جيت" في مدينة مصدر، ويوفر نحو 420 شقة سكنية، حيث يتوقع إنجازه خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2022.

وأشار الخميس إلى تقدم أعمال الإنشاءات بمشاريع "ريبورتاج" في شاطئ الراحة، بنسب إنجاز تصل إلى 25بالمائة، حيث تباشر الشركة تطوير مشروع "الراحة لوفت 1" ويوفر 164 وحدة.

ويتوقع تسليم المشروعين خلال النصف الأول من 2021.

وأوضح أن شركة ويبريدج العقارية للتطوير العقاري، التابعة لمجموعة شركات "ريبورتاج العقارية"، أطلقت مشروع "المارية فيستا" بجزيرة المارية في أبوظبي، والذي يوفر 772 وحدة سكنية.

ويتوقع بدء الأعمال الإنشائية بالمشروع خلال الربع الأول من 2020، تمهيدا لإنجاز المشروع منتصف 2023. ويمتد  المشروع على مساحة بناء إجمالية تصل إلى 958 ألف قدم مربعة.

ولفت الخميس إلى أن الشركة انتهت مطلع العام الحالي من تسليم مشروع «ليوناردو ريزيدنس» السكني بمدينة مصدر، والذي يوفر 177 شقة سكنية.

وفيما يتعلق بمشاريع الشركة في دبي، أشار الخميس إلى أن الشركة كشفت مؤخرا بالتعاون مع شركة كونتيننتال للاستثمار عن إطلاق المرحلة الثانية من مشروع "رُكان" بمنطقة دبي لاند، والذي يضم 349 فيلا.

وكشف عن خطة لتطوير عدد من المشاريع الجديدة في أبوظبي ودبي خلال الفترة المقبلة.

استحوذت شركة داماك العقارية على قطعتي أرض بقيمة 285 مليون درهم ضمن منطقتي الصفوح والخليج التجاري في مدينة دبي

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان لسوق دبي المالي أن الغرض من هذا الاستحواذ هو توسعة محفظة أراضيها لمشاريع نوعية جديدة في المستقبل وتحقيق زيادة في إيراداتها.

وفي خلال يوم الأربعاء الماضي الموافق 14 أغسطس/ آب وافق مجلس إدارة الشركة على الاستحواذ على قطعتي الأرض المعروضتين من قبل شركة "دايكو العقارية"، بمنطقة الصفوح والخليج التجاري الواقعتين بإمارة دبي.

وبخصوص نتائج الشركة المالية، تراجعت الأرباح العائدة على مساهميها بنسبة 91 بالمائة خلال النصف الأول من عام 2019، على أساس سنوي لتصل إلى 81.6 مليون درهم، مقابل 862.1 مليون درهم بالنصف الأول من عام 2018.
