دبي – مباشر: سجلت صفقة العقار في إمارة دبي خلال التداولات الأسبوعية ما يزيد على 4.2 مليار درهم.

وتم تسجيل عدد 1038 مبايعة بقيمة تتجاوز 1.9 مليار درهم، كان منها 78 مبايعة للأراضي، بالإضافة إلى 960 مبايعة للشقق والفلل، وفقاً لبيان صحفي صادر عن دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي.

وكانت أبرز مبايعات الأراضي قد تم إنجازها في منطقة اليفرة 1 بـ 200 مليون درهم، في حين جاءت منطقة وادي الصفا 5 في صدارة المناطق من حيث عدد المبايعات بعدد سبع مبايعات بقيمة 18 مليون درهم.

وكانت أهم مبايعات الشقق والفلل قد تمت في منطقة الخليج التجاري بقيمة 19 مليون درهم، في حين أتت في المرتبة الأولى من حيث عدد مبايعات الشقق والفلل منطقة مرسى دبي بعدد 96 مبايعة.

وكانت قيمة الرهونات العقارية قد تعدت 2.3 مليار درهم، وكان من ضمنها 90 رهناً للأراضي، بالإضافة إلى 143 رهن فلل وشقق.

وكان أبرز الرهونات العقارية التي تم تسجيلها قد تمت في منطقة المركاض بـ 755.6 مليون درهم.

القاهرة - مباشر: قال الرئيس الإقليمي لشركة ماجد الفطيم العقاريّة في مصر، إن حجم استثمارات الشركة في مصر وصل إلى 2.6 مليار دولار.

وأوضح عبدالله النقراشي، في بيان لوزارة الاستثمار المصرية، اليوم الخميس، أن مشروعات ماجد الفطيم العقارية في مصر ساهمت في توفير 47.5 ألف وظيفة مباشرة و76.7 ألف وظيفة غير مباشرة.

جاء ذلك خلال تفقد وزيرة الاستثمار سحر نصر، مشروع سيتي سنتر الماظة الذي تم إنشاؤه وفقاً لنظام المناطق الاستثمارية باستثمارات 9.35 مليار جنيه.

وأشار إلى أن مشروع سيتي سنتر ألماظة رابع مركز تجاري في مصر تمتلكه شركة ماجد الفطيم، والتي تضم مول مصر، وسيتي سنتر المعادي، وسيتي سنتر إسكندرية.

وأشاد بدعم وزارة الاستثمار والتعاون الدولي والهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة بمصر مشروع الشركة من خلال تذليل العديد من التحديات التي واجهت المشروع.

أبوظبي - مباشر: قال مصرف الإمارات المركزي، إنه اقترح تدابير رقابية جديدة لحماية البنوك من الانكشاف المفرط للقطاع العقاري وتشجيعها على الاحتفاظ بأصول متنوعة.

وأكد المصرف المركزي في بيان اليوم الخميس، أنه ينتظر أن تزوده البنوك بملاحظاتها حول الإطار المقترح بحلول 31 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول.

ويعاني قطاع العقار الإماراتي، من تباطؤا حادا في سوق العقارات بفعل فائض المعروض وضعف الإقبال على الاستثمار في ظل انخفاض أسعار النفط.

وتطبق الحكومة إجراءات جديدة لدعم قطاع العقارات تشمل حزم تحفيز والسماح للأجانب بامتلاك عقارات بنظام التملك الحر في أبوظبي.

وذكر البنك المركزي أنه من المتوقع أن تتيح إعادة صياغة التدابير الرقابية مزيدا من المرونة في إقراض البنوك للقطاع العقاري.

وأشار إلى أن ذلك سيضمن أيضا أن تخضع البنوك التي لديها انكشافات عالية للقطاع العقاري ”لمتطلبات رقابية إضافية“ دون الخوض في تفاصيل التدابير الجديدة أو حدود الإقراض.

وفي وقت سابق، قال رئيس اتحاد مصارف الإمارات، إن المصرف المركزي أصدر تعميماً للبنوك، سمح بموجبه بزيادة حصة التمويل المصرفي الممنوح للقطاع العقاري إلى 30 بالمائة من إجمالي قيمة الأصول المرجحة بالمخاطر لدى البنوك، مقارنة مع نسبة 20 بالمائة كانت معتمدة سابقاً.

وتوقع الغرير أن تنمو الموجودات الإجمالية للقطاع المصرفي بنحو 4 بالمائة خلال عام 2019، على عكس توقعاته لنمو محفظة الائتمان المصرفي أو القروض والتمويل بالدولة، مشيراً إلى أن تأثير انخفاض الفائدة على أرباح البنوك سيكون سلبياً خلال عام 2019.

UAE - Mubasher: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, on Thursday announced that it will be sponsoring the Solar Decathlon Middle East (SDME) in order to promote a culture of youth innovation and bolster educational initiatives to achieve sustainable development.

SDME has been organised by the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) as part of an international competition launched by the US Department of Energy, according to a press release.

Under the competition, universities from all over the world meet to design, build, and operate a grid-connected, solar-powered house, Azizi Developments noted.

Alexandros Pounentis, Head of Construction Operations at Azizi Developments, said: “As an international competition aimed at promoting research and innovation in the green building sector through effective partnership-building between academia and the industry, SDME promotes a culture of localised innovation in line with the vision of our leadership to promote sustainable development.

Pounentis further added, "Supporting initiatives with such a monumental importance to the youth, education and sustainability allows us to catalyse change and drive a tangible impact.”

Through SDME’s second edition, Azizi Developments supports the Manipal Academy of Higher Education Dubai Campus for its Tawazun project in line with Expo 2020’s theme ‘Connecting Minds. Creating the Future’.

Underpinning the three sub-themes of Expo 2020, ‘opportunity, sustainability, and innovation,’ the SDME will showcase innovative projects by young talents, the Emirati developer highlighted.

Along with Team Tawazun, Azizi Developments is currently working to extend the project's technical expertise and industry insights.

“The project proposed by the team is truly a hallmark of innovation and sustainability. It not only involves passive design, unique technologies, and niche materials but also addresses cost and energy efficiency as well as carbon and water scarcity, which is truly commendable,” Pounentis said.

Through Azizi’s sponsorship, SDME plans to empower the youth, promote innovation, boost creativity, and encourage environmental sustainability to guarantee clean, healthy, and safe environments for future generations.

“As part of SDME, more than 225 unique, sustainable homes will be developed with participation from over 38 countries,” Azizi Developments indicated.

Abu Dhabi-based developer Reportage Properties has unveiled major progress achieved in the construction works on six of its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The six projects include over 2,300 new residential units, 2,000 of which are in areas in Abu Dhabi, including Masdar City, Al Raha Beach, and Al Maryah Island, Reportage Real Estate Group’s CEO Nasser Al Khamees said in a statement released on Thursday.

About 30% of construction works were completed on Oasis Residence 1 project in Masdar City, which comprises 612 apartments including 310 studios, 256 one-bedroom apartments, 44 two-bedroom, and two apartments of 3 bed-room, Al Khamees revealed.

Moreover, there were also progress in works on Oasis Residence 2 project in Masdar City, which is slated for delivery in the second quarter of 2022. The project incorporates 304 residential units, the top official noted.

As for Reportage’s projects in Dubai, Al Khamees said that the company has recently launched the second phase of Rukan project in Dubailand which comprise 349 villas.

The company is also planning to launch a group of projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the coming period, he added.

Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding and Trojan Holding have reportedly hired Switzerland’s UBS bank and Emirati Shuaa Capital to advise a potential merger between both companies, according to Reuters.

The Swiss bank will work with Arabtec and Shuaa will work with Trojan, informed sources told the international news agency.

The success of the negotiations would be followed by the start of due diligence and a process for the merger, the sources added.

In September, the Dubai-listed Arabtec Holding announced that it was considering the possibility of combining construction business with Trojan Holding, a construction company in Abu Dhabi.

Arabtec Holding previously posted it had logged a net profit attributed to the owners of the parent company of AED 58 million during the first half of this year, 48.8% down from AED 113 million in H1-18.
